Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-in-oil type emulsified cosmetic product which has satisfactory temporal stability and a high moisturizing effect, and provides a non-sticky excellent feeling in use.SOLUTION: The water-in-oil type cosmetic product comprises, based on the total mass of the water-in-oil type cosmetic product: 0.5-15 mass% of a silicone surfactant (A); 0.5-20 mass% of an oil solution (B); 0.01-3 mass% of an oil gelling agent (C); 0.05-3 mass% of carboxyethyl cellulose (D); and 59-98 mass% of water (E).
