DEVICE FOR PRETREATMENT FOR METHANE FERMENTATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for pretreatment for methane fermentation, the device removing, from a solubilization liquid, comparatively small materials, which are inadequate for the fermentation, such as sand, shells, eggshells and bone pieces which all become very fine particles up to a solubilization tank to pass through a screen.SOLUTION: The device A for pretreatment for methane fermentation is used in pretreatment when organic wastes S1 are subjected to methane fermentation processing. In addition, the device includes: a solubilization tank 4 which solubilizes organic wastes S3; the screen 5 of the first solid-liquid separation means through which a solubilization liquid S4, which is obtained by solubilizing the organic wastes S3 in the solubilization tank 4, passes to remove materials which are included in the solubilization liquid S4 and inadequate for the fermentation; and the second solid-liquid separation means 7 having a liquid cyclone 10, which receives a solubilization liquid S6 posterior to the processing by the screen 5 and imposes the centrifugal force on the solubilization liquid S6 to separate the materials which are included in the solubilization liquid S6 and inadequate for the fermentation, and draining devices 11, 13 which receive the material, which are separated in the liquid cyclone 10 and inadequate for the fermentation, and subject the materials to dehydration processing.
