Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch device capable of reducing the number of working man-hour and improving working efficiency when it is mounted to a circuit substrate inside equipment, and electronic equipment with the switch device.SOLUTION: In a switch device 1C, a coupling terminal part 5 for a flexible printed board is provided to a lever switch 2. The lever switch 2 comprises a stationary contact 20 and a movable contact 30 installed in a case 3, and a lever 40 supported by the case 3, and switching contact to the stationary contact 20 by deforming the movable contact 30 by an inclining action. The coupling terminal part 5 comprises connection terminals 24, 25, 26 of the stationary contact 20 projecting from the case 3, and a terminal 101 of the flexible printed wiring board is connected to the coupling terminal part 5.
