ELECTRONIC APPARATUS AND POWER RECEPTION CONTROL METHOD THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the effect caused by degradation of power reception efficiency even if the positional relationship between a power transmission coil and a power reception coil as well as a distance changes because a user moves an electronic apparatus.SOLUTION: In a TV device, a power reception coil 8 is attached on the inside of a bent rear cover 4, which has a position adjusting function for moving the power reception coil 8 in parallel along a back surface part 41 of the rear cover 4. Guide rails 18a and 18b are provided along the inside of the back surface part 41, and holding members 9a and 9b of the power reception coil 8 move along the guide rails 18a and 18b. A motor 16 is attached to the holding member 9a, and rack teeth 19 which engage with a worm gear 17 connected to a shaft of the motor 16 is formed at the guide rail 18a. According to detection information representing the positional relationship between a power transmission coil 7 and the power reception coil 8, a control unit moves the holding members 9a and 9b in the bending direction of the rear cover 4 to cause the power reception coil 8 to face and approach the power transmission coil 7.
