Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel battery which can securely insulate electrode layers arranged on both sides of a solid polymer electrolyte layer from each other as well as suppress inflow of fuel from the either electrode layer to the other layer even if the solid polymer electrolyte layer is thinned.SOLUTION: The fuel battery comprises: a solid polymer electrolyte layer 1; and a first electrode layer 2 and a second electrode layer 3 provided on both sides of the solid polymer electrolyte layer 1. Each layer is insert-molded and integrated in a resin molding 6. The solid polymer electrolyte layer 1 is configured by bonding two solid polymer electrolyte layer members 1a while holding an insulation member 8 in a peripheral part.
