Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antireflection sheet capable of providing an excellent performance by displaying superior transparency through maintaining excellent transmittance and low reflectivity even under a severe environment including an outdoor environment.SOLUTION: In an antireflection sheet, an antireflection film 11 is formed on one side of a transparent base sheet 10 made of PET, PEN or glass. As the antireflection film 11, there is formed, through a sputtering method, a fluoride carbon film having a perfluorocarbon skeleton as a fundamental molecular structure and including a partial area in which at least one of a carbon atom and a fluorine atom is missing. The "partial area" indicates an area in which CFstructure of the skeleton is broken as a result of missing a carbon atom or a fluorine atom which has been existed in PTFE perfluorocarbon skeleton.
