Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic hard coat composition having excellent transparency while improving dispersion stability of carbon nanotubes in the antistatic hard coat composition and keeping sufficiently high conductivity by using a small amount of the carbon nanotubes.SOLUTION: Use of a polyfunctional urethane (meth)acrylate having an isocyanurate structure as a binder of a solvent dispersion of carbon nanotubes improves the dispersion stability of the carbon nanotubes in the antistatic hard coat composition, achieves sufficiently high antistatic performance by using only a small amount of the carbon nanotubes, and provides the antistatic hard coat composition having excellent transparency and a plastic laminate film having a coating film of the composition.
