PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving object abnormality detection system capable of detecting abnormality of a moving object from comparison of measurement data among a plurality of individuals while reducing the influence of individual differences, capable of reducing error detection and overlooking which may be generated in abnormality detection and capable of presenting abnormality degrees.SOLUTION: An abnormality detection apparatus for inputting measurement data of a rotational speed sensor for measuring the rotational speeds of a plurality of individuals in each individual and measurement data of a voice sensor and detecting abnormality of each individual includes: input signal processing means for reducing an individual difference by processing measurement data of respective individuals; a data input switching part for distributing the measurement data into detection target data and different individual data; and an abnormality determination part for determining abnormality of each individual from the different individual data and the detection target data.
