Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for forming a transparent film which is excellent in hardness, flexibility, UV-resistant characteristics, heat resistance, and the like, and to provide a laminate utilizing the composition.SOLUTION: The resin composition for preparing the transparent film includes: a prepolymer obtained by the reaction of an alkoxysilane compound having a reactive functional group with a polythiol compound having two or more thiol groups in one molecule; and a curing auxiliary. A method for producing the transparent film comprises the steps of: obtaining the prepolymer by reacting the alkoxysilane compound having reactive functional group with the polythiol compound having two or more thiol groups in one molecule; preparing the resin composition for forming the transparent film containing the prepolymer and the curing auxiliary; applying the resin composition for forming the transparent film onto a substrate and curing it.
