Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a metal shower head body inexpensively produced from a reduced material a reduced energy compared with a conventional one.SOLUTION: A method for producing a shower head body of a shower system, sequentially performs a water spray hole-forming step for forming water spray holes in a metal tube, and an outer shell shape-forming step for plastically deforming the metal tube formed with water spray holes into a predetermined shape. The outer shell shape-forming step includes bending the metal tube, pressing the bent metal tube into a flat shape, and bulging the diameter of the pressed metal tube by applying high pressure to the inside of the pressed metal tube through a pressure medium.
