Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing of a portable device having a structure suitable for reducing the thickness and size by improving a switch housing structure of the portable device.SOLUTION: A portable electronic apparatus has a rear resin housing 16 formed in a frame shape and a front sheet plate housing 7 provided at the housing. The front sheet plate housing 7 has a recessed portion, and a flat part is provided around the recessed portion. A hook 21 is provided on at least one end side of the flat part, and a flange is formed at an end side of the flat part of the front sheet plate housing 7, which corresponds to the one end side where the hook 21 is formed.
