PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify a region not changing in shape between different time phases like a bone.SOLUTION: This medical image processor includes: a region extract part; a region dividing part; and a comparing part. The region extract part receives a first medical image and a second medical image photographed in two different time phases and extracts one or more connecting regions in which pixels having pixel values above a predetermined value exist to be connected with each other from the first medical image and the second medical image, respectively. The region dividing part divides one or all of the connecting regions extracted at least from the first medical image respectively into a plurality of partial regions. The comparing part compares the connecting region and the partial region in the first medical image, respectively, with the connecting region in the second medical image, and specifies the connecting region or the partial region in the first medical image that fits to the shape of at least part of the connecting region in the second medical image as a non-deformed region.
