Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To examine a preference of a user about the mascara finish by an eye part image generated by flexibly varying the shape of eyelashes .SOLUTION: An eye part image simulation device generates an eye part image using information related to a shape of eyelashes set according to a user. The eye part image simulation device solves the above problem by comprising: eyelash generation means for generating eyelashes by polygon using the information related to the shape of eyelashes; shape change means for changing a shape formed by connecting ends of the eyelashes generated at the eyelash generation means; and simulation image generation means for generating the eye part image using the eyelashes generated at the eyelash generation means or the shape changed by the shape change means.
