FOLDING STRUCTURE OF CORRUGATED BOARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent body swelling in a package state, and one side folding when forming a box, while improving appearance and finger touch feeling in conveying, and to prevent hooking when commodity is taken out.SOLUTION: In a ridge boundary section of a vertical plate 1 and a horizontal plate 2, a press line 7 which is a folding center, and two parallel press lines 8 shifted from the line 7 are alternately put from a back side of a corrugated board, and a break 9 of half cut is put in between them. Two parallel press lines 10 are continuously put in along two parallel press lines 8 of a back side, from a front side of a corrugated board, and the vertical board 1 and the horizontal board 2 are folded along the press lines 7, 8 and 10. One side folding at the press lines 8 and 10 is prevented by the press line 7, and body swelling is prevented by changing a folding angle at the press lines 8 and 10. A cut edge of the break 9 is not exposed on a front side of the box, appearance is improved, and finger touch feeling becomes soft in conveying. In addition, a step part inside the box becomes small, and the commodity is easily taken out.
