Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handle device capable of determining permission or prohibition of solenoid driving internally in the device to increase processing speed.SOLUTION: A handle device that has lock release means, a lock-releasing operation button 3, and an indication lamp 4 for indicating a locked/unlocked state, and is connected to a controlling microcomputer includes: detection means for detecting an unlock permission signal from a managing terminal and the like; and means for enabling manipulation of operation means only when the detection means detects the unlock permission signal. A lock-release signal is output from the microcomputer to release a lock when operation means that has been enabled is operated. The detection means is, for example, a photo-coupler 20.
