PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide laser equipment which can output laser light having a practically preferable beam shape.SOLUTION: The laser equipment comprises surface emission laser array elements arranged on a substrate and having multiple surface emission laser elements outputting laser light in multimode, and shaping optical elements arranged separately from the surface emission laser array elements in order to shape each beam of laser light output from the multiple surface emission laser elements and to collimate the laser light. Preferably, the shaping optical elements include first optical elements which shape each beam of laser light, and second optical elements which collimate at least the laser light of each beam shaped by the first optical elements.
