Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unique system and a method that perform management and navigation of various data objects by using a unique time line based navigation tool.SOLUTION: Objects are partially organized within an appropriate band on the basis of a time parameter such as a time or a date generating the objects. A user navigates or browses the band and the objects by a navigation tool according to a desired time parameter or a range of time. Zooming and other browsing options are available to the user so that the objects of interest are displayed at various detail levels. Thus, the objects can be expressed as optional ASCII thumbnails.
