Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for an information display panel with which partitions are formed without bubble catching and which can prevent formation of a residual film at a part where partition material is not needed, when the partitions are formed.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method is for an information display panel in which partitions are formed using a mold on a surface of one substrate of two substrates that are facing each other and at least one of which is transparent, spaces comprising a great number of cells defined by the partitions are provided between the substrates, and display media comprising a great number of particles having chargeability are enclosed in respective spaces. The manufacturing method for the information display panel comprises: a step of filling partition material 63 into cavities 61a of the mold 61 on which reverse patterns of each shape of the partitions are formed, by screen printing under vacuum; a step of placing the mold 61 filled with the partition material on a surface of a substrate 62 which is one of the two substrates and applying pressure; and a step of curing and then releasing the partition material 63 to form the partitions 64.
