PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide image synchronization information which can be viewed at the same time as an image of an image display device.SOLUTION: A mobile phone 20 comprises: an image synchronization information identifier request part 201 which sends request information to an image synchronization information providing device 10 and instructs a transmission start of an image synchronization information identifier; an image synchronization information acquisition part 202 which receives prescribed transmission information from the image synchronization information providing device and sends a broadcasting station identifier and an image identifier which are determined by a user to the image synchronization information providing device 10; an image synchronization information display part 203 which synchronizes and receives image synchronization information from the image synchronization information providing device 10 and displays it; a means which acquires "image information for viewing" containing the image synchronization information identifier from an image display device 30 and judges whether or not the display of the image in the image display device 30 and the image synchronization information synchronize by comparing the image synchronization information identifier acquired from "the image information for viewing" and the image synchronization information identifier extracted from the transmission information acquired from the image synchronization information providing device 10.
