HEATING COOKER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker having a user-friendly shutter.SOLUTION: The heating cooker includes: a heating chamber 1; electric heaters 3 and 4; a temperature sensor 10 for detecting the temperature of the heating chamber; an input means for setting a heating method, a heating time, and a set temperature; an exhaust duct 47 for leading exhaust heat generated during the heating of food from a heating chamber exhaust port provided in the heating chamber to the outside of a body; the shutter 9 provided in the exhaust duct for preventing the exhaust heat from flowing in the exhaust duct, and blocking the heating chamber exhaust port; a shutter opening/closing drive mechanism 17 for opening and closing the shutter; and a control part 11 for adjusting electric power to the electric heaters by comparing a control value corresponding to the set temperature set by the input means with a detected value of the temperature sensor, and transmitting an opening/closing signal to the shutter opening/closing drive mechanism. The control part includes a control value corresponding to the case that the shutter is opened and a control value corresponding to the case that the shutter is closed regarding the control value corresponding to a set temperature set by the input means.
