FOUNTAIN APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fountain apparatus which jets water in a complicated manner to attract a viewer.SOLUTION: The fountain apparatus is provided with: a base plate 23 arranged between two supports 21, 22; a design part 24; a cylindrical jetting pipe 25 in which water W from a pump P is jetted to the outside in the radial direction through a plurality of holes 25a and which is supported to be freely rotatable; a water storage part 26 which has a U-shaped cross-section and includes the jetting pipe 25, and in which the height of a rear wall 26a is higher than that of a front wall 26b and the position of the front surface of the front wall 26b is nearly equal to that of the front surface of the design part 24; a cap part 27 covering the upper side of the storage part 26; a covering part 28 which is separated from the front wall 26b of the water storage part 26 and covers the front side of the water storage part 26; and a rotary position setting part 29 for fixing the jetting pipe 25 at a desired angle. The water W jetted when the rotation angle of the jetting pipe 25 is positioned so that the plurality of the holes 25a of the jetting pipe 25 are opposed to the covering part 28 is overflown from the front side of the water storage part 26 and is controlled to flow along the front surface of the design part 24 and further flows along the rear surface of the covering part 28.
