Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat capable of reducing the possibility of the positional displacement and breakage of a seat heater.SOLUTION: The seat 11 has a skin cover 19 and a pad 17, and the seat heater 1 is arranged between the skin cover 19 and the pad 17. The seat heater 1 has a base material and a cord-like heater arranged on the base material in a pattern-shape. The seat 11 is characterized in that the face in the skin cover 19 side in the base material has less pores comparing with the face in the pad 17 side in the base material. The seat 11 has a reduced pores by the skin cover 19 side in the base material being compressed by heating and compressing. In the seat 11, the cord-like heater of the seat heater is arranged in the face of the pad side in the base material.
