Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently cool such as a house by utilizing vaporization heat.SOLUTION: This system includes a dry flow channel 110, a wet flow channel 120, a moisture supplying means, a discharging means 140 and a heat exchanging means 102. The dry flow channel 110 takes the air of a cooled part from an inlet disposed at one end, and has an outlet for outputting the air taken from the inlet from the other end. The wet flow channel 120 is disposed in a state of being kept into contact with a dry flow channel side at least at one face, connected with the outlet of the dry flow channel at its inlet, and outputting the air entering from the inlet from an outlet disposed at the outer end. The moisture supplying means supplies the moisture into the wet flow channel 120. The discharging means 140 discharges the air connected to the outlet of the wet flow channel 120. The heat exchanging means 102 is constituted to transfer a temperature of the air of the flow channel near a connecting part of the outlet of the dry flow channel and the inlet of the wet flow channel, to the cooled part.
