Here, the amount of the acrylic ester monomer unit contained is 40-400 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass fluorine-containing polymer particles, and the amount of the hydrolyzable silyl group-containing vinyl monomer unit contained is 0.1-2 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass acrylic ester monomer unit. The water-based paint composition comprises the same.
