Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce vibration and noise produced when an internal combustion engine is self sustaining, without provision of a flywheel.SOLUTION: A clutch device 20 includes a frictional material 21, a plate 22, an engaging mechanism, and a second clutch device. The frictional material 21 is connected with an internal combustion engine 11. The plate 22 is connected with a torque converter 13. The engaging mechanism engages the frictional material 21 with the plate 22. The second clutch device is disposed between the torque converter 13 and wheels, so as to intercept the transmission of a torque between the torque converter 13 and the wheels when the internal combustion engine 11 is self sustaining. The engaging mechanism engages the frictional material 21 with the plate 22 when the internal combustion engine 11 is self sustaining.
