Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil reservoir device in which an oil strainer is disposed in an oil pan forming an oil sump chamber between itself and a crankcase so that a suction port faces the bottom of the oil pan and a magnetic substance is disposed around the suction port and which is reduced in size and weight without inhibiting the flow of oil into the oil strainer while meeting the requirements of the performance of the oil reservoir device capable of reliably capturing the metal fragments and ferrous foreign matter contained in the oil.SOLUTION: The bar-like magnetic substance 111 is disposed at the bottom of the oil pan 27 so that at least a part thereof is intruded into the suction port 110.
