Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying device capable of uniformly heating a powder and granular material and efficiently drying the powder and granular material.SOLUTION: The drying device 1 drying the powder and granular material such as resin pellets includes: a drying hopper 2 storing the powder and granular material; and a current forming member 16 supplying hot air to the drying hopper 2. A large number of meshes allowing passage of the hot air are provided along the longitudinal direction of the current forming member 16 at intervals, and the hot air is uniformly supplied from the respective meshes to inside of the drying hopper 2.
