Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a conductive material inside a polycarbonate, provided that the conductive material shows a high reproducibility independent of the surrounding environment, by exposing an interior of the polycarbonate to an ultra-short pulse laser beam, thereby modifying only an irradiated part into a highly conductive carbonaceous material.SOLUTION: The interior of the polycarbonate 1 is exposed to the ultra-short pulse laser beam 2 with a wavelength of 0.38 to 2.5 μm and a pulse width of 1 fs to 1,000 ps, thus modifying only the irradiated part into a conductive material.
