Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a solar cell equipped with semiconductor particles at a low cost with high productivity.SOLUTION: The solar cell is manufactured as follows: a semiconductor particle 12 of first conductive type is arranged at each of receiving parts 10 with a conductive member 11 containing a plurality of receiving parts 10 arrayed in two dimension to receive a particle as a first electrode; an insulating layer 13 is so formed that the upper portion of the semiconductor particle 12 is exposed between the semiconductor particles 12 as well as on the conductive member 11 between the semiconductor particles 12, so as to fix the semiconductor particle 12 to the conductive member 11; a semiconductor layer 14 of second conductive type is so formed as to cover the upper part of the semiconductor particle 12 which is exposed from the insulating layer 13; and a conductive layer 15 is formed as a second electrode on the semiconductor layer 14 of second conductive type. |
