Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference current generation circuit which does not require a P-N junction diode and in which the temperature dependence of circuit current becomes substantially zero. SOLUTION: The reference current generation circuit includes a first current mirror circuit, and a second current mirror circuit. The first current mirror circuit includes a first transistor of a first channel which is an input side transistor, and a first resistor which impresses control voltage on a gate of the first transistor. The second current mirror circuit includes a second transistor of a second channel complementary with the first channel which is the input side transistor. An output node of the first current mirror circuit is connected to an input node of the second current mirror circuit, and an input node of the first current mirror circuit is connected to an output node of the second current mirror circuit. The reference current generation circuit uses a control voltage to be impressed on the gate of the first transistor as first output, and uses control voltage to be impressed on the gate of the second transistor as a second output.
