description PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an FRP molded article which suppresses the cost increase of a raw material to a minimum, can be manufactured in the similar process as the conventional one, and is superior in hot water resistance and detergent resistance, and a member for bathroom using the same. SOLUTION: The FRP molded article is molded by heating pressurizing molding a fiber reinforced thermoplastic resin molding material in a mold. The fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin molding material includes a reinforcing fiber, a resin composition comprising a thermoplastic resin and a polymerizable monomer, a low contractile agent, a curative agent, a polymerization inhibitor, a thickener, and an inorganic filler. A blending amount of the inorganic filler is 100-200 pts.mass with respect to the total amount of the resin composition and the low contractile agent, a mixture of calcium carbonate and the organic filler α having a particle diameter having 1/3 or less of the particle diameter thereof, and different composition from the calcium carbonate is used as the organic filler, and a blending ratio of the calcium carbonate is 20-50 vol.% of the total volume of the organic filler.
