SOLUTION: The sheet member 9 is interposed between a seating surface 7a of the insert installing seat 7 of a tool body 2 and the cutting insert 12 fixed to the insert installing seat by a clamp screw 14. A projecting part 8 is formed on the seating surface, and a through-hole 9a fitted to the projecting part is formed in the sheet member. A male screw member 11 is arranged for engaging with an outer peripheral wall of the sheet member. The through-hole of the sheet member is fitted to the projecting part, and the male screw member engages with the outer peripheral wall of the sheet member in this state, and a part of the set member is sandwiched and fixed by the male screw member and the projecting part.
