CIRCULAR SAW MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate any deviation of a workpiece and any clamp of a circular saw blade caused by the release of strain or stress inside the workpiece as cutting is advanced. SOLUTION: An automatic circular saw machine 3 includes a spindle 10 with a circular saw blade 11 being attached thereto, a main vice device 13 for clamping a workpiece W from the transverse direction in a vicinity of the cutting position by the circular saw blade 11, and a conveying vice device 15 for the constant rate of feeding the workpiece. An upper holding roller device 20 has two rollers 21, 22 which are mounted in an elevating/lowering manner so as to be lowered in a diagonally backward direction, arranged with the predetermined longitudinal distance in the direction along a face of the circular saw blade 11, and located in the longitudinal direction across the workpiece upper face cutting position of the circular saw blade is arranged in front of the spindle 10. Further, a wedge roller device 30 which is mounted in an elevating/lowering manner so as to be lowered in a diagonally forward direction, located on the cutting line by the circular saw blade 11, and provided with a wedge roller 31 with its outer circumference having a wedge-like section is provided behind the spindle 10.
