Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a cooling system and safety of a high speed radial fan. SOLUTION: A radial fan arranged including the high speed radial fan has a blade (8) and a housing (2). The housing (2) is split to form a housing cover (25). At least the housing cover (25) is made of a light metal molding material. Two cage plates (18, 24) are arranged on the under side and on the housing cover side with respect to the blade (8), respectively, in order to form a cage (29) enclosing the blade (8). These cage plates are mutually fixed at the circumference of the blade (8) with stud-shaped connection structures (26). At least the stud-shaped connection structures (26) and the cage plate (24) on the housing cover side are made of materials including steel, having hardness and rigidity. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
