description | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processing system in which a signal is prevented from being transmitted/received through an inappropriate transmission path by using a simple configuration in comparison with a case in which an interference signal is detected by a device which performs sampling at high speed, and to provide a signal processing device and a signal processing program. SOLUTION: In a signal processing system 10 in which a control device 12 is connected to an image forming device 14 through a cable 16 having a plurality of signal lines, the control device 12 transmits a signal for inspection through the signal line connected to a pin 4. The image forming device 14 receives a cross-talk signal generated in the signal line connected to a pin 6, measures a length of the cable 16 by a transmission distance measurement unit 44, reads a corresponding threshold voltage from a storage unit 47, and sets it in a detection unit 46. A comparator 62 of the detection unit 46 compares a voltage value of the cross-talk signal with the threshold voltage and outputs a result. When the voltage of the cross-talk signal is greater than the threshold voltage, the cable 16 is not good, and a report to the effect is transmitted by a user interface unit 48.
