METHOD AND APPARATUS OF SELECTING DESTINATION NODE, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent unevenness of the session connection proportion when a session destination node is selected. SOLUTION: At a destination node, an edge node is notified of the current number of session connections. When receiving a session connection request from the edge node, the destination node selection server reads out the session connectable number for each destination node from a storage to transmit the session connectable number to the edge node. The edge node calculates the session connection proportion for each destination node from the current number of session connections for each destination node, which is received from the destination node, and the session connectable number for each destination node, which is received from the destination node selection server, and selects the destination node which has the minimum session connection proportion for each connection node.
