SOLUTION: In the case of the BD-R at the first reproduction, a disk type and the content of a TDMA indicator are stored in flash memory 15. When power supply is turned off after this, an optical pickup 3 is moved to the position of a TDMA on which an effective TDMS is recorded on the basis of the TDMA indicator stored in the flash memory 15.
