SOLUTION: The invention relates to a control device of vehicle. When a synchromesh clutch 48 is determined in a state of synchronous pressing load during inertia running in connection state of an input clutch 14 and in neutral state of a manual transmission 16(determination of a step S2 is YES), warning is appeared as well as an engine rotating speed NE is enhanced by synchromesh clutch protective processing including a step S3 and the following steps is executed so as to control wear or damage on the synchromesh clutch 48 by friction engagement for improving durability of the manual transmission 16.
