The guide groove is configured to have a shape including an introducing groove 21d that introducing the shaft part 12 when the second member 20 is moved in the direction of tightening the string 1, with the stopper 13 put through the receiving hole 21c from the end side, and to have an engaging groove 21e that engages with the shaft part 12 to regulate the movement of the second member 20 in the direction loosening the string 1 when the second member 20 is turned in the direction crossing the tightening direction, with the shaft part 12 entered in the introducing groove 21d.
