After that, the protrusion 23 is inserted into the insertion hole 51; and in this state, a vertical plane portion 21 of the fixing implement is screwed to the screw surface 11a. Subsequently, the horizontal plane portion 22 is screwed to a treadboard 10 in a state in which an inner surface 22a of the horizontal plane portion 22 and an undersurface of the treadboard 10 face each other.
