Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate fixing work for fixing a building material such as a floor panel to a fixed member, and to avoid damage in the building material. SOLUTION: This fixing hardware includes a body fitting 11, a bolt 12 and a panel abutting plate 13, and the body fitting 11 approaches a bolt head part 12a by fastening of the bolt 12, and the floor panel is fastened together with a flange of a beam material by the panel abutting plate 13 and a hook 21. The bolt 12 is attached to the body fitting 11 so as to be arranged in a position eccentric with respect to a fixing insertion hole of the floor panel. A side wall part 11a of the body fitting 11 and an abutting end part of a nut plate member 31 are abutted to an inner surface of the fixing insertion hole. The bolt 12 is eccentric, and thereby, in an abutting part with the inner surface, a distance from a center axis of the bolt 12 is larger than a radius of the fixing insertion hole.
