Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply device in a simple structure to be attached easily. SOLUTION: The fuel supply device includes a fuel pump body 83, and a fuel pump unit 73 provided with a fuel intake part for taking a fuel into the fuel pump body 83 and a flange 106 for mounting the fuel pump body 83 and the fuel intake part onto the rim part of an opening part 92b formed on the bottom plate 92 of a fuel tank 36. A ring-like sealing member 133 is provided for sealing liquid-tight between the fuel pump unit 73 and the fuel tank 36 while being clamped between the flange 106 and the rim part of the opening part 92b of the bottom plate 92 so as to be deformed. A fuel storage member 131 is supported between the sealing member 133 and the fuel pump unit 73 for storing the fuel inside the fuel tank 36 in the vicinity of the fuel intake part.
