Resin surface temperature is raised by keeping surfaces 1b thereof and the blade tip surfaces 21a in contact and giving energy from an outside under appropriate pressure. A welding part 50 is formed out of molten resin of the surfaces 1b and the blade tip surfaces 21a thereby. The welding part 50 is formed with lower content of glass fiber and the like than base material, and a bulge welding part p where the same bulges to blade 2 side surfaces is formed.
