Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need to design a timing between a circuit connected to an external device and a circuit inside an LSI. SOLUTION: A semiconductor integrated circuit device includes: a first circuit which is an interface circuit connected to an external device, and to which a first clock signal is supplied; a second circuit to which a second clock signal, which is obtained by frequency-dividing the first clock signal, is supplied; a timing generating circuit for generating a transmission/reception timing signal which is obtained by delaying the second clock signal based on the first clock signal; and a first phase adjusting circuit having a plurality of stages of shift registers each for sampling a signal received from the second circuit synchronously with the first clock signal, and having a majority determination circuit for making a determination by majority among high-level signals and low-level signals included in input/output signals for the plurality of stages of shift registers synchronously with the transmission/reception timing signal, and outputting a signal, determined by majority, to the first circuit.
