description PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system enabling a device to be connected anywhere on a bus and capable of distributing power to an electrical device. SOLUTION: The system is composed of power track housing assemblies 98 and 91 and plug-in power tap assemblies 80, 101, 102, and 107 including plug-in power taps. The power track housing assembly includes a housing, a plurality of conductors extending from a first end of the housing to a second end of the housing, an opening section formed on the bottom of the housing assembly, and an end opening section formed on the first end and the second end of the housing. The opening section extends continuously from the first end of the housing to the second end of the housing and is configured to receive the plug-in power tap anywhere along the housing assembly in a length direction. The end opening section is configured to receive a connecting assembly for connecting a plurality of housing assemblies to one another. The plug-in power tap is configured such that a portion thereof is inserted into the power track housing assembly through the opening section on the bottom. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
