SOLUTION: It is determined that the dust collecting duct lid is closed in the closing operation based on: a contact detection step of detecting the contact of the dust collecting duct lid with an opening and closing rod by arranging an electrode on the tip part of the opening and closing rod of the dust collecting duct lid and applying voltage between the electrode and the ground to detect the grounding current; a cylinder position 1 storage step of storing the moving position of the cylinder for moving the opening and closing rod in a timing when the grounding current flows out in the opening operation of the dust collecting duct lid; a cylinder position 2 storage step of storing the moving position of the cylinder in a timing when the grounding current does not flow out in the closing of the dust collecting duct lid; and the respective stored moving positions of the cylinder.
