SOLUTION: The conveyance belt 3 comprises two belts arranged in parallel leaving a gap with a predetermined interval so as to mount a component. Further, the electronic component supply device is provided with an arm 21 which can protrude from below the conveyance belt 3 through the gap of the conveyance belt 3, and a cover 25 disposed opposite the arm 21 across the component on the conveyance belt 3. When a second component C2 reaches above an end of the arm 21, the arm 21 is made to protrude to push up the second component C2, and the second component C2 is held by the arm 21 and cover 25 to stop movement of the second component C2 and succeeding components, thereby forming a gap between the first component C1 and second component C2.
