SOLUTION: The structure of a building penetration in a nuclear power plant where a penetration sleeve 5 is fitted onto a through-hole placed on a wall or a floor of a building and which allows an electric wire 10 to penetrate the internal space of the penetration sleeve 5 is so constituted that it can incorporate the radiation shields 20 with a function of supporting the electric wire 10 in the penetration sleeve 5.
