AUTOMATIC TRAIN DRIVE UNIT AND CONSTANT POSITION STOP DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein riding comfort is deteriorated when enhancing a following performance to a speed pattern by frequently switching notches so as to improve the accuracy of a stop. SOLUTION: This automatic train drive unit is equipped with: a plurality of speed pattern generation means based on a deceleration speed and a train position in each notch; an operation means of the deceleration speed of each notch; an operation means of the deceleration speed of a vehicle; a disturbance estimation means based on a deceleration force and the deceleration speed; a means for correcting the speed pattern on the basis of estimated disturbance; and a notch operation means which switches the notch so as to correspond to the speed pattern at a time point when the speed pattern and a train speed coincide with each other.
