Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic medicine feeder capable of securely replenishing medicine. SOLUTION: The automatic medicine feeder has a storing section 23 constituted so as to be able to arrange a plurality of boxes for storing the medicine, a medicine picking section 13 for putting in and out from the boxes and provided with an openable/closable cover 14 so as to cover the opening of the boxes, and a box moving mechanism 25 constituted such that the boxes can move between the storing section and the medicine picking section; wherein the storing section is arranged in the feeder front face side and the box moving mechanism is arranged in the feeder rear face side. Also, the automatic medicine feeder has a medicine numerical quantity managing means for managing the inventory numerical quantity of the medicine stored in the boxes, and further has a medicine replenishing function replenishing the medicine into the boxes.
